Bayer is committed to improving the quality of life for people around the world. Equally important is our commitment to substantially and meaningfully improving people’s lives in the communities in which we and our customers live and work.
As a philanthropic arm of Bayer in the United States, Bayer Fund develops programs and makes strategic investments to qualified non-profit organizations tackling big challenges – combatting malnutrition and food insecurity; enhancing STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) education; providing support services for patients and families managing cardiovascular disease and cancer. Bayer Fund also offers programs that encourage employees to engage in their communities via matching gifts.
In 2023, Bayer Fund awarded $12.1 million in grants to more than 2,300 charities and nonprofit organizations in both urban and rural communities.
Here’s a glimpse of our giving by the numbers:
At Bayer Fund, our giving is not just about writing checks. It’s fundamentally about enabling and strengthening organizations that are working to make real, sustainable impacts in their communities. The organizations we support have enriched thousands of lives and we’re excited to share some of their stories with you.
